Golden Valley

Golden Valley's numbers moved more than usual this month, which is typical for a market this size. Only 13 homes sold in August, compared to 23 in July, and the median sold price came in at $225,000, down from $239,900. Median list price moved the other direction, up to $227,000 from $197,450. With such a small number of transactions, these swings say more about which specific homes happened to sell than about a broader change in the market. Active residential inventory held flat at 107. Land activity cooled slightly, with 25 parcels sold compared to 29 in July, while the median land sale price rose to $20,500 from $16,000, another reminder of how much a handful of sales can move the numbers here.

MLS Disclaimer

Figures above are sourced from residential and land MLS data for August 2026 and reflect median, not average, values. Land days-on-market is not tracked in this dataset. Golden Valley's residential figures reflect a small monthly sample size, so month-over-month movement should be read with caution rather than as a market trend. All figures should be confirmed against the same data pull before publishing.
